No refunds, all sales are final. Althought, If there was a problem with your order please message us at jholacraft@gmail.com and we will be be glad to assist you in case of any queries or defects in your product.

Yes, all tote bags are competely handmade and made at our facility in Pune by craftsmen, about whom you can know about by checking the QR code tag attached to all our products by making the best of or Knoe Better Initiative.

Please allow 1-2 days for handling and for your item(s) to start the shipping process. Once your item has started shipping, the expected delivery time is 5-7 days. Please drop us a mail on jholacraft@gmail.com in case you have a delayed order, tracking details or any other query.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a standard cost of INR100 flat on your order upto oders worth INR2000, and free for orders worth higher than INR2000. We also have a self-pickup option, available only in Pune which will be free of charge.
